- Patients with no financial means to cover their medical costs
- Patients with no medical support from local settlements/ or clinics
- Patients that visit a doctor/clinic monthly to receive medical care.
- The monthly medical assistance may not be used for anything else, but for medical services.
- Patients shall save and provide the monthly medical bills when requested by The OMC
